Managing Director
Callum brings extensive experience in project management, capability development and strategic leadership, having delivered complex programs across Government and Defence environments. Recognised for his contributions to the industry, he has managed major projects spanning intelligence, land and space capabilities. As Managing Director, Callum is passionate about building trusted partnerships, developing capable teams and delivering meaningful outcomes for Vektoro’s clients.
Craig Campbell
Operations Manager
Craig brings extensive experience in project management, capability development and business operations, with a career spanning Defence, Government and industry. A Certified Practising Project Manager, he has led complex programs across technology, infrastructure and emerging capabilities. Craig combines strong operational expertise with a collaborative leadership style, focusing on building capable teams, fostering trusted relationships and delivering quality outcomes for clients.
Dr Elizabeth Wylie
Domain Lead – Space & Cyber
Elizabeth brings a wealth of experience in data science, artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, with a career spanning academia, Government and national security. Holding a PhD in Astronomy, she has led innovation and technical programs across complex environments and brings a unique ability to connect specialist expertise with practical solutions that strengthen organisational capability.
Daniel Horrigan
Domain Lead – Land
Daniel brings over 20 years of leadership, operational and capability development experience, including a distinguished career as an Australian Army Officer. With expertise spanning project management, strategic planning and emerging technologies, he has led multidisciplinary teams across complex environments. Daniel brings a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to helping organisations navigate challenges, strengthen capability and achieve sustainable outcomes.
